I wasn't pressured here to use any particular medications or birth controls. All my questions were answered and nothing was pushed on me. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care.
