The doctor is very nice and his knowledge is current. His staff however are very rude.

I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I did experience some pain that I felt could have been avoided, but it wasn't too bad.

Yes everything was neat and sterile

Yes
Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns?
Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

A very harsh doctor who will tell you whatever he thinks, even lies, if it will make you agree with him or his decisions.
