They definitely don't have a good professional reputation within my community. Everyone knows they're not trustworthy at all. They didn't seem too happy to be helping me. Maybe they were just having a bad day, but they could have been nicer. This provider has very little helpful information available online, and what they do have is hard to find. I was never able to relax during my appointment. I was on edge the whole time. I felt that the D & C they were scheduling me for was just to make money for them and they weren't interested in my health or whether I really needed the procedure. In fact, Surosky told me if it didn't work out he'd take me out back and shoot me. They are totally into scamming their patients or just me.

Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They seemed really knowledgeable and were able to answer all my questions in-depth. I understood all my options fully and they really took the time to make sure my questions were answered. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged.

I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart.
