They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. There definitely appears to be a trend of overbooking clients here. The wait has gotten longer and longer from when I first started seeing them.

I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. I wish they had a few more staff members on hand. They weren't severely understaffed but it was obvious they could've used more help. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience.
