The main problem with this practice is with Ann Marie, one of the nurse practitioners. I was nervous during the exam, and she was so nasty and rude that I left the office in tears. Dr. Burack was more polite, but not really approachable. After one of Dr. Burack's other patients died while delivering a child, I got away from this practice and don't recommend it to anyone.

Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation.

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Not really. I usually have to remind them.
