It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. I did not write this review that I am looking at ....no one makes me feel stupid...I don't know why they wrote that...The staff is wonderful!!!!!!! Dr Hellems is one of the nicest doctors EVER!!!!!!
