I have both positive and negative comments. Dr. Stokes is great but the only way to get an interpreted lab result is to make an office visit. I've never met a Dr. who does not make phone calls. Also, I'm not able to pay a bill over the phone. She is a highly skilled physician but I can't give a 5 due to these other items.

She saved my husband's life. She is always late for her appts, but after five years we've learned to expect it and build it into our schedule. She is wonderfully sympathetic and allows us to participate in his care. Can't say enough good things about her. And now that the Dragon Lady office manager has been replaced with someone kind and compassionate, it's even better!

Dr. Stokes is the most unreliable doctor I have ever encountered. She did not show to a scheduled appointment and made it extremely difficult to reschedule. It's obvious she doesn't care about her practice. She made me feel like I was an inconvenience. I would not trust her with any sensitive information, and I would not believe anything she told me. She's a horrible doctor, and I will NEVER have anything to do with her again- and I will make sure nobody I care about does either.

No, if they had music on it was very soothing
