I have been with Dr. Braverman for 9 years now and at age 72, thanks to him and ONLY him, I have a healthy body and healthy brain. I thank Dr. Braverman for enriching my life with something that money cannot buy...and that is youthfulness throughout life, no matter what your age.

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Absolutely Not

Not at all, they were ridiculous!

Absolutely not! I constantly have to repeat and re-explain my situation!

Not at all, it seemed like they started yesterday

Yes! I know that I would have gotten better service anywhere else!

The office is totally disorganized. I had an 11am appointment and was left in the waiting room until 3pm before talking to a medical assistant. I then went through nearly 3 hours of tests after which I was asked to speak to another medical assistant. I finally was able to speak to the doctor for less than 15 minutes due to his hyper personality (he could not sit still --- nor listen to what I was saying ... I am of the opinion that he did not care in anything I had to say.

A second appointment was set to review my tests. I arrived on time ... and waited ... and waited ... and waited ... nearly 2 hours. When I was called to discuss my test results I was told that not all tests were complete. I took a day off from work and was billed for this visit --- full charge.

They wanted to schedule another appointment --- Never Again!
