They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy.

Somewhat, they eventually called me back

Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.
