I wasn't disappointed nor thrilled with the staff's friendliness. It seemed about average. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. The office was easy enough to find. I was unable to get both an endoscopy and colonoscopy at the same time so I had to return for the second procedure and go under anesthesia twice. At the time of the tests I was told all was good and I scheduled a follow-up appointment. At the follow up they told me they saw a very small pallup and wanted me to go back under again and have it removed. When asked why they didn't do it at the time of the procedure they skirted around the issue and told me that they didn't think it was necessary at the time. I feel they put their needs before mine.
