I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me.

It was conveniently located easy to find. Their office was quiet and peaceful. Dr. Kim is very personable and I was able to relax very easily.

It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice.

I was very impressed with Dr. Kim. His office was able to expedite my appointment, calling me with a cancellation time a week prior. Dr. Kim answered my questions and promptly diagnosed my gall bladder problem. He phoned me the same day as my ultrasound with results. He is pleasant, knowledgeable and was unhurried with my appointment. His office staff was pleasant as well and very helpful.

They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. They had the most friendly attitude, and went out of their way to make me feel at home
Dr Kim has cared for me for several years, and I would recommend him to anyone! he is compassionate and explains everything to you. His nurse is a lovely professional lady and I think very, very highly of Dr. Kim and his staff.

I was extremely happy with the care I received at Dr Kim's office from the front desk staff who were very efficient to the nurse and of course Dr Kim is a wonderful caring doctor who spent time answering my questions to giving me a very accurate diagnosis. He is a very happy man who made me laugh and feel extremely comfortable. This will be my gastro doctor for many years to come.
