It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They didn't display their qualifications. It made me nervous. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time.

I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.
