They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily.

When I arrived, patients had already been waiting there for over an hour, most were threatening to leave. I waited about an hour. When I went in, Dr. Steller spent a great deal of time talking with me, and did a thorough exam. I felt like he gave me 100% of his attention, so in the end the wait was probably worth it. I would say however, his receptionist was very rude to the upset patients and offered them no explanation or time frame when they might get inside. Also, she was eating something that smelled disgusting at her desk which seemed very unprofessional. This practice needs better front desk staff.
