It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. The chairs they had in the waiting room were pretty high quality. I thought they were nice and comfortable.

They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand.
