The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. I wasn't too impressed with their office, I could tell they didn't take much pride in it's appearance. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places.
