They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. The chairs they had in the waiting room were pretty high quality. I thought they were nice and comfortable.

Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
