Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer.

I eventually found a spot after cruising around a little bit. I wish they had more convenient parking available. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. I felt very safe in their care. I trust them. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort.
