They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded.

They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. The chairs in their waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.

They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster.
