They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The office was easy enough to find. The doctor is completely incompetent and he always refer his patients to cardiolgists without doing the proper tests to find the diagnosis.He put the patient in danger .Incompetent endocrinologist he couldn`t know the side effects of the drugs he prescribed. He couldn`t diagnose a tumour of the adrenal gland for my 21 years old daughter who suffered from very high blood pressure and he reffered her to a cardiologist instead of emergency room.

They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. If I were in some kind of an emergency I'd go back. Otherwise, I'm going to look for something better. I wasn't too impressed with their office, I could tell they didn't take much pride in it's appearance. I was a little disappointed at how helpful the staff was when I called with my questions and concerns. They definitely could have been more polite. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here.

I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. They answered all of my questions. They were very responsive and gave me good information. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan.

They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. I was so incredibly happy with the extreme friendliness of this doctor. It's something I look for in health care providers and found it here. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.
