Dr. Huey was very personable and interested in my situation. He gave me pointers and information during our consult that was helpful. The magazines in their waiting room were so boring. It made my time in the waiting room drag. I had to wait a while after I arrived for my appointment. The staff didn't even keep me updated about how much longer it would be. What made me a little uneasy was their office equipment. The scale was ancient. It seemed like it needed to be updated. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood right across from police plaza. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here.

I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. Great phone etiquette as well.
