Dr. Goldgeier mocked my son and myself, making jokes about our lifestyle. I put this aside, but was unable to ask questions about my son or his condition in private.

I tried to ask office staff but was rushed out. After biopsy never given follow up or treatment instructions. Ended up back in office due to post procedure complication and was told of care at that time.

Dr. goldgeier claimed to have been the one who did my son's procedure, he did not. I corrected him and he had to look up to see whether he had treated my son or not. No results were sent to primary care doctor. I had to set up and pay for an appointment to get a copy of biopsy for myself. Letter never sent to primary care doc. after 6 months ask for the letter to be sent. When I told office mananger how frustrated I was and how sub par my son's care had been she threatened to hang up on my for being rude. To bad I can't hang up on them because they have been nothing but rude.

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Absolutely, even the bathrooms are handicap-accessible

Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent

Definitely not; I received the best service ever!

I really appreciated the fact that the staff was so welcoming. They were friendly. It was pretty hard to find the building, but I eventually found it. They are nice but WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered.
