Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

It was difficult to find parking at their office. I had to look for a while and was almost late for my appointment. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all.
