Dr Jacobs has an excellent reputation, but while I was waiting for my appointment I noticed many things. First, preference is given to patients who pay out of pocket. I noticed this, because I overhead the receptionist explaining to someone that he shifts charts around and gets the "working people" out first - how insulting. It made me feel terrible when i was called in and there were other people waiting before me. When I was in the exam room, the nurse giving me my gown had obvious tears in her eyes, because he just finished yelled at the staff. He puts on quite a show, but the lack of respect for staff and non-rich patients has completely turned me off. I will never go back there.

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices. He is much respected by his staff. I will refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. I considered their waiting area chairs to be comfortable, and the office attractive. I didn't mind waiting at all. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable.
