They never made any effort to follow up with me after my visit and it made me feel very unimportant. I know they see a lot of patients, but when you say you're going to follow up, you should. They could've used quite a few more staff members. They were very understaffed and I ended up having to wait quite awhile. The parking situation at their office was ridiculous. I ended up having to pay for parking because there were no spots available near the office. They didn't give me advice that would benefit me at all. They only cared about what would make them the most money. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there.

They didn't give me advice that would benefit me at all. They only cared about what would make them the most money. They were extremely late to all my appointments. I always had to wait over an hour for them to show up. Everything they originally told me they would be able to do for me, they ended up not being able to do. I felt lied to.

As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office.
