I thought it was weird how unfriendly they were. I didn't feel welcomed at all. The music they played here was downright irritating and gave me a headache. I would have preferred absolute silence to that noise. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. The magazines in their waiting room were so boring. It made my time in the waiting room drag.

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable.
