Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The office was easy enough to find. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. I felt like the doctor cared more about how much money he was getting then about patients. He recommended a treatment that required me to come into his iffice 3-5 times a week and he was not willing to wave the copayor for every visit. Besides getting the money for the visit and the treatment he would have gotten an extra 75-200 per week. Very greedy!

Their staff is very friendly and professional. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times.

Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation.

I waited longer than I wanted to, but it wasn't terrible

I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. It was not easy to reach them in an emergency. I had to call several times before I finally reached them. If I compare them to others in their field, I wouldn't say they're the worst, but they're definitely not the best. They are almost always unavailable. It was difficult to get an ideal appointment time that fit my schedule.
