They seemed like they were extremely irritated to be at work, and that they couldn't wait for me to leave. They didn't seem to want to help anyone. They don't always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. Although I have seen them apologize for some mistakes it doesn't happen very often. One thing that I don't appreciate, is that they close exactly at their scheduled time whether someone needs help or not. I can't count on them to help me if I show up even a couple of minutes past their closing time. I ended up spending quite a bit for my visit. They were very expensive.

They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. I told everyone how great they were the first chance I got. I have never had better service or care at any other dermatologist. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left.

Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation.
Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment?
Not really. I had to schedule an appointment for most of my questions.
Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time?
I was left alone for a while, but it wasn't too long
Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
Sometimes, they should allow for more time in between appointments

I would not recommend this office to anyone. I brought my 83 year old mother in to look at a skin issue on her ankle and they diagnosed it as cancer. I was also informed that a plastic surgeon would also be needed in the procedure to do a shin graft to close the wound. I was a little skeptical and got a second opinion. It turns out that my mom had dermatitis and by applying a simple cream the problem cleared up in a few weeks. Needless to say I was totally disgusted.
They are either incompetent or need to hit their "Surgical Quotas" for the year.
