They were late a few times to my appointments. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. It takes them forever to get back to me. I never get my questions answered within a reasonable time period.
