They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners.

Don't call this provider if you're in a hurry. Every time I call I have to wait on hold forever. I think I got a gray hair the last time I was waiting. They really make no effort to maintain a professional appearance here. I was shocked at how unprofessional they looked. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. They definitely favor certain clients, and make an extra effort to help those clients. I was afraid that they wouldn't help me if they didn't like me. Their office looked like the cleaning crew may have skipped a week.

I just recently had my third child and had nasty strech marks and extra fat around my hips after my pregnancy. I scheduled an apponintment to get a consoltation and inquired about getting my stretch marks removed. During the consoltation I learnt about a new laser that removed fat. That laser though was not in that office, and if I wanted to use it, would have to go to a different office. At that time, I wasn't able to do so, so I only made an appointment for my stretch marks to be removed.
I came back for my procedure and saw Dr. Fox who removed my stretch marks. I was worried about them showing but he did a good job and removed them, so now they are hardly visible. It was a good job and because I was impressed with how well my stretch marks were removed, I made an appointment to get my extra fat removed in the other office in a few weeks time. All in all, I got great care and am going back there. I would recommend them and Dr. Fox to others.

if you want the best you might have to wait a little bit. But the doctor and staff are very real - real down to earth.
