There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. This provider has very little helpful information available online, and what they do have is hard to find. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations.

I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question.
