They always go out of their way to make me feel encouraged and cared for. I always feel completely comfortable and I look forward to my appointments. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful. I've been coming to the office for years and have seen it improve tremendously. The new staff for one thing I the bet change...they are always polite and it's obvious how hard they work.

I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. Every time I tried to talk about myself or my circumstances, I felt like they were judging me. It was hard to open up. The office was easy enough to find. The one thing that really bothered me was the level of customer service. Their full attention is never on me and dr. crane said he wasn't interested in talking. If i wanted to talk, go see a therapist?

They weren't friendly at all. They were extremely rude and impolite. Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business. They consistently dismiss my concerns and accuse me of making problems up. I don't trust them to ever actually look into my concerns and see if they're valid. Not only was I dissatisfied with my visit, I ended up leaving with more problems than I had when I came. They made my situation even worse. They would not leave me alone, and kept suggesting that I buy products that I felt were completely unnecessary.
