Dr Pardell and his front staff are exceedingly sincere and compassionate with their patients. As to over booking? The doctor does not overbook. Most of the time there are two maybe three patients in the waiting room for more than one medical professional or doctor. I have never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other psychiatric offices. The wait in a quiet environment, is conducive to being able to focus and review what you would like to discuss with the doctor prior to your session. The doctor keeps to his schedule, never causing a wait but at the same time, gives his patients the time needed in the session. The ending of the session is on a positive note, wrapping up the discussions and work that lies ahead. Medication results are evaluated and changed if needed to help the mental well being of the patient which can change frequently. The patient is secure in knowing the doctors are committed to helping balance your mental status to help you face the issues you have and enable you to function in your every day life. One important aspect of my care by Dr. Pardell is his very in-depth knowledge of brain function and how it effects behavior. He is very active in conferences continues to study and produce scholarly material, take this information and judge it's feasibility in the world of psychiatry. His knowledge is very impressive to say the least and it is a pleasure to learn from his explanations of the brain and how it affects your behavior. The doctor is well know for being an excellent diagnostician. After years of therapy, aspects of my problems were not properly addressed. With in a very short period of time, the doctor diagnosed a certain problem and it improved the quality of my everyday life immediately. I have continued to see Dr Pardell for about six years. I learn more and more about myself and my psychiatric difficulties every session.

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
