I was very glad that my appointment went the way it did. They were so much more knowledgeable than I ever expected them to be, and they gave me fantastic advice. I’ve been to some other psychiatrists that really rushed my appointment, but they didn’t do that here at all. I was able to take as much time as I needed. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance.

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Not one bit! I felt much better when I left!

Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They definitely care about patient comfort because they have the best waiting room chairs I've ever seen. I could have easily taken a quick nap while waiting for my appointment. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan.
