I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them. Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business. I would never recommend them to anyone. They were terrible. They definitely favor certain clients, and make an extra effort to help those clients. I was afraid that they wouldn't help me if they didn't like me.
