They left me alone in the appointment room for quite a while. I couldn't believe how rude and inconsiderate they were. I showed up before their scheduled closing time and they said they were closing. They knew I needed help but they still decided to close early. They definitely weren't easy to reach in an emergency. I was forced to call the emergency room in the middle of the night and was really scared.
