I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. They were not able to diagnose my condition quickly. In fact it is still undiagnosed and am searching for answers. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. Everything input before this is what your system dropped in. Those are not my words. Get a new feedback system. This one is not worth my time!

I saw dr Carlson once. He did not look up my nose. I was not satisfied with his exam. I feel he did not examine me. Instead he sent me for a cat scan. I do not want the radiation exposure plus I think that's overkill for anfirst visit. That is my chief complaint. And I think it's a big one.
