One area of improvement that this business is in dire need of is revamping their building to make it more handicap-accessible. It seemed extremely out-of-date and a little unsafe as well. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office.

They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased.

Not really, I was hoping my surgery wouldn't be so obvious
