They definitely favor certain clients, and make an extra effort to help those clients. I was afraid that they wouldn't help me if they didn't like me. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. I wasn't greeted at all when I entered their office. I could tell they noticed I walked in, but they still didn't acknowledge me. I need to go for a re-test and I can not get there with my work hours and they do not work with the lab to help the patient even though the lab takes electronic prescriptions. They refuse to call it in. they refuse to mail it to me. It is just very very inconvenient. When I went back for my follow up they pushed me out the door even though I had questions. Sorry I went to this office. Not a very pelasant experience. I still can not get my re-test. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. I really liked how convenient their parking was at their office. I was able to find a spot very quickly.
