A year and a half after a visit they tried to bill me after accepting my Tricare. I contacted them and they just blamed me for not keeping my address up-to-date with them (sorry military moves a lot and I don't keep track of one-time eye visits). At the same time they admitted that the first bill was sent days before my call (it still got to me), so I have absolutely no idea how it was relevant. After giving up on their very incompetent front desk, I called Tricare whom had never received a claim, let alone rejected one. Now I'm setting up a small claim in an area I don't live in anymore. Stay far away!
