I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I love that they never over-treat my child, and only do procedures that are needed. I've heard of some doctors that will prescribe expensive tests for everything, but they've never done that here. I trust them over any other doctor I've ever been to. I'm never unsure of their motives, and I've never doubted that they've always had my child's best interest at heart. All the equipment they use during check ups is safe and advanced, yet really kid friendly at the same time. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more.

I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. They made an extra effort to emphasize preventative care, and gave me a ton of information about child safety and nutrition. I felt like they genuinely cared about my child's health.

I'm currently 9 months pregnant and my husband and I have been on a search for a pediatrician. This practice came highly recommended from a friend, but my experience on the phone with the office was otherwise. I called to schedule a consult with the doctors to interview them prior, which we have been doing at numerous offices and have yet come across this problem. I was on hold for 10 mins, they offered me a date 3 weeks away, 10 days before I am due (and we are expecting her early) and there was a charge. I found this to be completely unprofessional.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them.

Not really. They have a nurse on staff when the pediatrician is unavailable, but that's it
