Dr. Hicks was fantastic, helped access my son's allergy situation and over the years helped him understand which symptoms needed immediate care and which were less severe. She worked with us (my son and I) from the age of 3 thru adulthood to control his allergy triggered asthma and associated ear and sinus infections. They made sure every single question we had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions wewant answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.
