No, they've never taken personal calls with me

In the short year since I've started going to this practice, I've brought my children on Christmas Day with strep throat and a high fever and again on July 4th for the same symptoms. Both times we were treated quickly and no one was annoyed to be working on a holiday! You can schedule checks ups within a reasonable amount of time and the waiting room time is short and pleasant due to video games, fish tank and painted walls to entertain your kids.

My kids didn't experience any unnecessary pain during their visit, and I was amazed at how much better they felt after we left. We were completely at ease during ourappointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure my kids were completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places we've ever visited.

Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation.

Sometimes, I felt a little ridiculed
