Absolutely! They gave me plenty of information about child safety and nutrition

Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away!
Does this provider offer flexible appointment times?
Absolutely! I never have a problem!
Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her?
Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her

On multiple occasions, we have waited anywhere from one to three hours just to move to examination room due to multiple bookings on the same appointment time. The staff is less than helpful or accommodating and quickly (less than 30 days of invoice) threatens collection if you cannot pay fast enough. This is especially true for those insured with a Health Savings Account (HSA) that is replenished in installments. Unfortunately, Dr. Gao herself acts like she is completely powerless and helpless in her own office when it comes to issues regarding billing, insurance, and her staff. As for Dr. Gao as a doctor, she is average, providing your basic pediatric care (if you can understand her heavily-accented, fast-speaking English), but when it comes to her staff, it simply ruins the entire experience overall.
