They had already reviewed my medical history before the appointment, and went over it with me in the exam room so as not to miss anything. They were extremely thorough and made sure not to miss one detail. Getting an appointment at this office wasn't too difficult. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. All of the risks and benefits of my treatment were explained to me. Doreen De Graaff, MD was very thorough and informative. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. Highly reccomend. An amazing woman and doctor.
