They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times.

They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on.

The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. I was a little disappointed at how helpful the staff was when I called with my questions and concerns. They definitely could have been more polite. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them.
