They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. The chairs in their waiting room weren't the best but they served their purpose and I couldn't complain. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. Dr Marella takes the time to talk to me and teach me to be vigilant about my health. I now make wellness visits where I would not with past doctors.

Every time I asked the staff a question, they referred me to someone else

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

No, but they said they were going to!
Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines?
No, there weren't many to choose from
Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached?
No, I'm always worried they're going to settle with a solution that isn't the best
