Not at all! They were boring and outdated

They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. I was happy that I got in for a follow-up appointment because it helped a lot. However, had I not made the appointment, there never would have been one. It would've been nice if they would have recommended one. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all.
