They were kind of friendly, but I wasn't very impressed. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. They are nice but WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked. They should really allow for more time in between appointments if they want to keep any business. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule.
