Dr Dalena was great. And 99 percent of the staff were excellent. Unfortunately, the one person that caused a problem for me was the gentleman who checked me in. In his defense I have a hearing deficiency, however, in the future it may be wise to have another person, who is proficient in English without a strong accent and wearing a mask, to ask questions and give instructions. Another nurse had to translate what he was asking me most of the time. It's tough enough going in for a procedure without causing more stress for the patient.
The staff was professional and helpful, although seemed a bit rushed and distracted. The overall pre-appointment information was somewhat confusing, which seemed to stem from having multiple locations for the practice. (I tossed it out, so cannot go back to it to identify what seemed to me to be confusing and slightly contradictory. Sorry.)
