The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. When I told them about my situation, they were somewhat understanding, but they could have been more caring. They didn't try very hard to understand where I was coming from. Every time I had a concern, or if I called to ask a question, the staff made me feel like I shouldn't have called. They weren't helpful at all. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me.

They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting.
